Privacy notice.
What happens to the details you send us through this website, in plain words.
What we collect
When you send a project request, we receive the services you chose, your name, email address, phone number and project details, plus your budget and timeline if you add them. We also note which page of the site you sent the request from.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request and talk with you about your project. We don’t sell them, share them with other companies or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Your request is emailed to info@fliartscreations.com and kept in that mailbox, which is hosted with our website provider.
Spam protection
To stop the form being flooded, our server briefly records a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet connection’s IP address and the time of each request. These records are only used to limit repeated sends within an hour.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you have sent. Email info@fliartscreations.com or call +254 732 346 800.
